    Lauren Abendschein is the Head of Americas Institutional Sales at Coinbase, the team responsible for developing and managing relationships with key institutions, corporates and high-net-worth individuals. In her time at Coinbase, Lauren has been integral to the rollout of key institutional client offerings beginning with Custody in 2018 and culminating in the recent debut of Prime in 2021. Prior to joining Coinbase, Lauren spent eight years at Credit Suisse on the Capital Introductions team in Hong Kong. She then became the Director for hedge funds at Credit Suisse based in San Francisco.

    Senior Vice President, Global Head of Whole Office Strategy

    Northern Trust

    Marc Mallett is the Global Head of Whole Office Strategy at Northern Trust, where he is responsible for business strategy, corporate development and solutions consulting. He joined Northern Trust in 2010 as the Global Head of Client Conversions for Northern Trust's middle office outsourcing product. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Marc has spent 15 years in numerous leadership positions for investment management, technology and consulting companies.
    Gregg Wysocki

    Senior Manager, Institutional Coverage

    Gregg Wysocki is a Senior Manager on the Coinbase Institutional Team responsible for educating and covering Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Endowments, and Family Offices on crypto. Prior to joining Coinbase, Gregg worked as a Macro Investor at Shay Capital, trading Equities, Futures, & Options utilizing a top down approach. He started his career at Lehman Brothers in Equities and later became a Macro Specialist and Partner at both Renaissance Macro Research and Macro Risk Advisors. There, he was responsible for advising some of the largest institutions in the world on macro trade ideas and hedging strategies. He is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT.

    Peter Salvage

    Managing Director, Global Head of Partnerships and Alliances

    Enfusion

    Peter Salvage is the Global Head of Partnerships and Alliances at Enfusion, having joined the company in 2021. His role is focused on developing the firm’s long-term strategy to drive growth through strategic relationships which bolster relations with Enfusion clients. Salvage brings 20+ years of finance and investment experience to Enfusion and has also served on the Board of Directors for the Managed Funds Association and as a war correspondent for the Associated Press based in Berlin, Brussels and London.


    Salvage brings 20+ years of finance and investment experience to Enfusion, having previously served as the Global Head of Credit/Private Debt and Hedge Fund Services at BNY Mellon for four years. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Salvage worked at Citibank for nine years, serving as the Managing Director in charge of Hedge Fund Services in EMEA and North America, where he founded Citibank’s bank loan and OTC derivative services and was head of Citi Prime Brokerage’s portfolio management technology service. Salvage later joined SS&C Technologies after it acquired Citibank’s Alternative Investment Services and served as a Managing Director and Global Product Head. Salvage has also served on the Board of Directors for the Managed Funds Association and as a war correspondent for the Associated Press based in Berlin, Brussels and London.


    He holds an MBA from Northwestern University, an M.S. from Columbia University, and a BSc. from the London School of Economics.
