Enfusion Ltd. LLC (“Enfusion”) is a software and services company serving the investment management community. We provide cloud-based, fully integrated front-to-back investment management software, fund services, and a data warehouse through one system and on one data set.


We care about your personal privacy and take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Notice describes Enfusion’s policies and practices regarding its collection and use of your personal data. This Privacy Notice also sets out your privacy rights. We appreciate that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility and therefore, we will occasionally update this Privacy Notice as we undertake new personal data practice and adopt new privacy policies.

How we collect and use your personal information:

1. Clients

When your firm or office becomes an Enfusion client, we collect certain information, such as (non-exhaustive): (i) your company’s name; (ii) your company’s address; (iii) potential users’ names and contact information; (iv) certain company authorized representatives’ names and contact information; and, (v) other information that may be relevant to serving your needs as a client. When we mention contact information, we are referring to your work e-mail address, work address, and work phone number, but in some instances, we may collect your personal e-mail address, personal mailing address, and a mobile phone number. Similarly, we may process e-mails you send us that contain such information in your signature block. Your firm and other users may occasionally provide us with additional information or update or remove the information that we have on file.



We process your personal information for client administration and support, to deliver product and company news to you, to inform you of Enfusion-related events, for cybersecurity controls and protocol, to respond to your inquiries, general correspondence with you or your representatives, for emergency notification, and other benefits or opportunities associated with being an Enfusion client. We may also use the information you provide us to help us better tailor our products and services to meet your needs.

2. Enfusion Events & Web Conferences

From time-to-time Enfusion hosts events. The events may include in-person conferences as well as live web conferences (together “Events”). If you register for an Event and are a current user or have a current business relationship with us, we will access the information we have associated with you to provide you with information and services associated with the Event.If you do not have a current relationship with us and register for one of our Events, we will collect your name and contact information, which we will store in our database(s) and use to provide you with information and services associated with the Event. If you are a presenter at one of our Events or participating in a way other than general attendance, we will collect your name, firm name, contact information, and in some instances, a photograph. We may also collect information about you relevant to your participation. Moreover, in some instances, we may collect and store a recording of your voice and likeness or video of your presentation. Whether a presenter, participant, or attendee, we record your participation in our Events. The information may be used to provide you with additional information about Enfusion or its services. The information may also be used to better tailor our products and services to better serve your needs. If you do not with to have your information included in an attendee list, you can express your preferences when you register for Events or you may contact us directly via legal at our domain.

3. Publications

Enfusion endeavors to provide its clients with content. In addition to producing original content, we may also provide content from events. Enfusion or our employees participate in or present at. Such content may be linked on our website or sent to you via e-mail. If we provide a link to third-party content, you will be leaving our website. Enfusion is not responsible or liable for the content provided by these third-party websites, nor is Enfusion responsible or liable for the personal information the third-party sites gather from you. Enfusion uses Google Analytics to track how often people gain access to or read our content. We use this information in the aggregate to understand what our clients find useful or interesting, allowing us to provide the most valuable content to meet your needs. Similarly, from time-to-time, we may conduct surveys to help us better understand our clients’ needs. We do not track individuals, but instead review information in the aggregate. Participation in our surveys is voluntary.

4. Training

Enfusion provides training to its clients. If you participate in our user training, you may do so by e-mailing your support team, in which case, we will collect your name and contact information directly from you. Alternatively, your employer or a member of your team may request group training, in which case, we will collect your name and contact information from such person so we can maintain record, coordinate training schedules, and administer the requested training. Your personal information will be stored in our database(s), which in most cases are hosted by us, but in others will be hosted by a third-party cloud service provider.

5. Your Correspondence with Enfusion

From time-to-time you may correspond with us by e-mail, the postal service, or other form of communication, such as through Enfusion’s helpdesk (collectively “Correspondence”or “Correspond”). If you Correspond with us, we may retain such Correspondence and the information contained within and use it to respond to your inquiry or any subsequent inquiry from your employer; to notify you of Enfusion Events, publications, product updates, or other services; or to keep a record of your complaint, accommodation request, to fulfill your tech support request, and the like. If you wish to have Enfusion “erase” your personal information or otherwise refrain from communicating with you, please contact us at legal at our domain Note: if you ask us not to contact you by e-mail from a certain e-mail address, we will retain a copy of that e-mail address on our “do not send” list so that we can comply with your no-contact request.

6. Purposes for Processing Your Personal Information

Enfusion processes your data to provide you with the goods or services you (or your employer) have requested or licensed from us, including providing software, client support, cybersecurity, Events, publications and other content, Correspondence, certification, and training. Further, we use this information to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations and to refine our goods and services to better tailor them to your needs and to communicate with you about other services we offer.

7. Personal Information

From time-to-time, we receive personal information about individuals from third-parties. This may happen when your employer is an Enfusion client and adds you as a user or relevant contact. Similarly, we may receive personal information from a third-party when someone in your social or business network recommends you for employment at Enfusion or makes an introduction for some other legitimate business purpose.

8. What Happens if You don’t Give Enfusion Your Data

Enfusion purposefully gathers little personal information. The information we do gather, we gather because we believe it is necessary to provide you with the services you or your employer have inquired about or contracted for or to authenticate you so we know it is you and not someone else. Due to legal, contractual, and other legitimate interests, certain services may not be available to you if you choose not to provide your data. You may opt-out of receiving marketing communication at any time. 2. Use of Enfusion’s Website:Like most websites, Enfusion’s website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general locations where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system, and other usage information your use of Enfusion’s website, including a history of the pages you view.


We use this information to help us design our site to better suite our users’ needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences. Further, our website uses cookies and web beacons. Our site does not track visitors when they cross to third-party websites and does not provided targeted advertising, so it will not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. 3. When and How We Share Your Information with Others:If you are an Enfusion client, your usage of certain Enfusion services and information regarding Enfusion support are maintained in association with your client account. The personal information we collect from you for such services and support is stored in one or more of our data bases hosted primarily by Enfusion within the United States, but in some instances, such as e-mail correspondence, by third-parties located within the United States. These third-parties do not have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval.We do not otherwise reveal your personal data to third-parties for their independent use unless: (i) you (or in some instances your employer) request or authorize it; (ii) the information is provided to comply with the law(for example, to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), to enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or the rights, property, or safety of our employees or others; (iii) the information is provided to our agents, vendors, licensors, or service providers who perform functions on our behalf or as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations we have to you or your employer; (iv) to address emergencies or acts of God; or, (v) to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf.Our website interfaces with social media sites such as LinkedIn and Twitter. If you choose to “like” or share information from our website through such services, you should review the privacy policy of that service. If you are a member of a social media site used, the interface may allow the social media site to connect your site visit to your personal data. 4. Transferring your data from the EU to the USA Enfusion is headquartered in, and its data centers are located within, the United States. Information we collect from you will be processed in the United States.


The United States has not received a finding of “adequacy” from the European Union under Article 45 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Enfusion relies on derogations for specific situations as set forth in Article 49 of the GDPR. In particular, Enfusion collects and transfers personal data to the United States only: (i) with your consent; (ii) to perform a contract with you; (iii) to fulfill a legal obligation; or, (iv) to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of Enfusion in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. Enfusion applies suitable safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal data and to use it only consistent with your relationship with Enfusion and the practices described in this Privacy Notice or as otherwise provided to you by Enfusion. Enfusion also minimizes the risk to your rights and freedoms by not collecting or storing sensitive information about you.
